  • Is the Medallion digital or wet-ink?

    We offer both digital and traditional, wet-ink Medallion Guarantees. Most transfer agents today still require a wet-ink Medallion. You can upload a completed stock power to our portal which we will Medallion Guarantee and send to your transfer agent,

  • Can you Medallion Guarantee a stock power for anyone?

    Our services are presently limited to US-residents only. We offer Medallions for transactions valued up to $100,000. 

  • How long does the process take?

    You can complete the verification process online in as little as 3 minutes. Our standard turnaround time on sending out a wet-ink Medallion is 48 hours. Same-day rush processing is also available. 

  • How will you deliver my Medallion Guaranteed stock power?

    We will ship your original, wet-ink Medallion via Fedex overnight to the address you specify. We recommend that the stock power be shipped either directly to you or to your transfer agent.


    Digital Medallions will be delivered via email to the transfer agent of the issuer.
